Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, he has partnered with organizations ranging from startup confectionery brands to globally recognized paint companies. Ben’s design approach balances clarity with character, ensuring every project is both functional and memorable.

With a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and a calm command of chaos, Loreal keeps work moving. She'll map timelines, clear blockers, and line up people and priorities so moving parts become finished projects. Status updates, shifting scope, accelerated deadlines—handled. Communication stays tight, handoffs are clean, and nothing slips through the cracks. Clients stay informed and happy; the team stays focused and on pace. Layne leads NerdySpider as the main client liaison, working closely with both clients and the team to ensure projects run smoothly. Over the past decade, he has built, bought, and sold multiple websites—including an e-commerce site which scaled to millions in revenue before a successful exit. That operator’s perspective helps NerdySpider cut through noise and focus on strategies that actually work in website development and online marketing.

Vitaliy is a backend and AI developer who builds clean, reliable systems that scale. With over 10 years of experience and a Master’s in Applied Mathematics, he’s worked across industries to build APIs, automate workflows, and create smart AI features. Whether it’s data pipelines, web scraping, or custom AI assistants, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to solving tough problems.

Roman is our React/TypeScript frontend specialist—quick on performance, sharp on details. He turns designs into fast, accessible web apps with Next.js, connects your site to the data it needs, and writes clean, reusable code that’s easy to update.. He’s shipped e-commerce sites, dashboards, and real-time features and has well over a decade of front end developer experience. Roman also has a degree in Radio Engineering!

Vlad builds polished interfaces with bulletproof quality. He designs fast, accessible web apps in React/TypeScript and keeps code tidy and easy to update. On the QA side he writes clear test plans, and chases down edge cases so regressions never make it to your users. If something’s flaky, Vlad will usually break it in a test long before a customer ever can! Fun fact: before front-end and QA, Vlad mapped the world—digitizing satellite images and GIS data for roads, buildings, and farmland.
