Project Overview

Whillo had tried a variety of go-to-market strategies for their niche streaming service. None were scalable, return-on-marketing was difficult to calculate, and all of them were cumbersome to implement. They also didn't have a clear understanding of their CAC (Customer Acquisition Costs) and LTV (Lifetime Value).

We implemented tracking of all their important metrics via Baremetrics and designed a scaleable, affordable Facebook campaign to add subscribers to their app. We also helped reconfigure and simplify their complex subscription plans which led to an (almost overnight) increase in their ARPU (average revenue per use); a jump of almost 21%!
